At Archies Footwear, we want you to walk with absolute comfort, which is why we offer a 60-day comfort guarantee on all orders. If you are not 100% satisfied with the fit or feel of your arch support flip flops, we provide easy returns and size exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked delivery back to our warehouse.

  Package Your Footwear

  Place the unworn or trial-tested footwear back into its original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring the return form is included inside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized shipping location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days of us receiving the items.
